Returns policy
We want you to be satisfied with anything you receive from us. You may return any unwound, unused yarn in its original condition for a full refund within 45 days of purchase.
No returns or exchanges are given on books, magazines, or FINAL SALE items.
No returns will be accepted on wound or used yarn.
Refunds (if applicable)
The refund amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original transaction.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email.

Damaged items
Please let us know right away if your items arrive with any damage. You may send us an email at gaugeyarn@gmail.com or call us at 512-371-9300. We will do our best to replace your damaged items as soon as possible.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

We strive to ship your order within 24 but up to 48 hours. Weekends and holidays can affect how quickly your package is shipped. Delivery times are based on the carrier you have selected.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Products are reordered up on a regular basis.
